Assessments and Guard are professional diagnostic and monitoring engagements. Implementation is separately scoped. Digital vault materials are licensed to the paying client, not sold as source code and not a transfer of the BOSS system.
Prognosis is a likely operational direction, not a promise. Outcomes after intervention are classified as Resolved, Improved, Unchanged, Worsened, or Unverified.
Buyer name, email, business name, and uploaded evidence are used to deliver the vault, run the engagement, and meet legal obligations. Do not upload data you are not authorized to share. Payment cards are processed by Stripe, not stored on this site.
Digital vault access is issued at payment. Refund policy is set by the owner after reviewing qualification. Unused Guard time may be canceled at period end once Stripe Billing is live.
